Doosan Bears defeated their ‘Jamsil rival’ LG Twins for two consecutive days.

On the 7th, Doosan won 8-4 against LG in the 2024 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO League game at Jamsil Stadium, with Yang Eui-ji hitting a go-ahead 3-run home run thanks to the excellent pitching of starting pitcher Jordan Balazovic.

Doosan, in 4th place with 2 consecutive wins, reduced the gap with LG to 1 game.

LG, which suffered four consecutive losses, fell to third place, giving up second place to Samsung Lions.

In the starting match between foreign ace Balazovic and Dietrick Enns, Balazovic won by decision.

Balajovic earned the win, shutting out LG’s offense with four hits and two runs (one earned) while striking out eight over 5⅔ innings.

However, Doosan took the lead in the bottom of the 7th inning when Kim Jae-ho added a run with a pushout walk and Jared Young hit a 2-RBI center field hit to make it 7-2.
