Kim Seong-hyun got off to a smooth start on the first day of the Myrtle Beach Classic (total prize money of $4 million) on the PGA Tour.

Seonghyun Kim hit an eagle, two birdies, and a bogey in the first round of the tournament held at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club (par 71) in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA on the 10th (Korean time).

Kim Seong-hyun, who recorded a 3-under par 68, was tied for 24th place with 13 Koreans, including Michael Kim (USA).

He is 4 strokes behind co-leaders Bo Hossler (USA) and Robert McIntyre (Scotland).
